"My elderly mother has been a customer with state farm in Ryan's territory for more than 25 years. She has never heard from him. She was just in a total loss accident and she still hasn't heard from him. State Farm has treated my mother like a number and we are now having to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance because they will not do what is right on our payout."

"I have been with this office for a while now. They are great! They help me answer any questions I have about my policies, changes I need, have not ever been pushy to sell me anything. I really appreciate that! I recently worked with Cody Rightmire adding a new vehicle and driver, moving my payment date, he was always on top of his game. Very polite, personable, helped me set up my new app, a real pleasure to work with. I like being able to call and ask for someone who I have enjoyed working with, old man in me, but even when he was busy, everyone else was more than willing to help me, and they did as great a job as he has done for me."

"I can’t say enough good things about the team at Ryan Stegall State Farm — especially Jamel and Cody! Jamel’s follow-up has been absolutely phenomenal. He’s been sending me texts and calling just to keep me in the loop through a process that I dragged out for several months. His patience and consistency really stood out. Then Cody came in clutch at the end to help get everything finalized. I truly appreciate how hard they both worked to make sure I had exactly what I needed.
