"My elderly mother has been a customer with state farm in Ryan's territory for more than 25 years. She has never heard from him. She was just in a total loss accident and she still hasn't heard from him. State Farm has treated my mother like a number and we are now having to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance because they will not do what is right on our payout."

I really appreciate that! I recently worked with Cody Rightmire adding a new vehicle and driver, moving my payment date, he was always on top of his game.
